Steven Banick

Steve is responsible for mobilizing and leading the transformation of our TELUS team into a fully digital and cloud native organization. Steve is responsible for advancing our cloud journey and partnerships, accelerating TELUS' digital transformation, and leading the internal enabling technology that enables TELUS team members with new ways of working to be the most productive and highly engaged workforce globally.

A proud TELUS team member for 25 years, Steven is passionate about developing individuals, teams, and organizations to be successful and sustainable for the future. An active mentor and career coach, he is known as a committed developer of potential and talent. In addition to certifications and background in technology, leadership, and project management, Steve also holds an MBA from Royal Roads.

Outside of TELUS, Steve serves as a Director for Junior Achievement of British Columbia (JABC), a non-profit organization proud to deliver a wide selection of educational programs focusing on financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship. JABC’s purpose is to inspire, prepare and empower B.C. youth for lifelong success.
